Francis Edward 'Frank'KNEALEKNEALE - FRANCIS EDWARD 'FRANK', . Peacefully passed away on 15th March 2021 aged 85 years. Loving Husband to Heather, Dad to Charles, Father-in-law to Dawn. Frank will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends. A private funeral service will take place at Chester Crematorium (Blacon).
